On Wednesday the 28th September the year 5and 6 netball team went to the Chiltern Hills Academy to play in a tournament.
Our team consisted of Kirsty Simpson, Wenessa Arari, Izzy Esposito, Pip Wakeman, Scarlett Prunty and Olivia Ince.
Our first game we played against Our Ladies School, as we did in every match because they had 3 teams, we rotated our positions each game and had one sub.
We won 2-0 with an excellent flow of passing and some superb defending too. It was hard to achieve but we were resilient and still had success – Victory!
Then, in our second game, we drew 0-0. The other team were amazing but of course, we were too.
Unfortunately Scarlett had to leave early consequently we had no subs for the last game. However we still won 3-0! With a thrilling goal from Pip in last minute.
We went home being proud of ourselves knowing that we would come back next week with even more triumph.
