At Chenies School we work in collaboration with parents and the local community to provide a broad and balanced curriculum for all pupils. We firmly believe that education is not restricted to school subjects, but involves all aspects of life.
The curriculum is supported by the use of up to date technology and encompasses much more than the subjects of the National Curriculum. All learning experiences are planned to promote the development of pupils and prepare them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of adult life.
Our Topic Curriculum
We follow a two year curriculum cycle across the foundation curriculum, ensuring that children cover all areas of the subject during their 2 years in a class. This ensures all areas of the National Curriculum are covered and embedded.
