On Wednesday 19th October, Griffin Class attended a tournament for football and netball against other local schools. Miss Bennet was very proud of them all as they gave their best effort and showed great sportsmanship. Callum Warner got a special mention out of all the footballers from all the schools for being fantastic!
“Everybody was good. We had good attacking skills and loads of goals were saved. It was a really fun and everybody enjoyed it. Everyone had a chance at each position. We played really well against the other teams, who were much bigger than us and we scored twice.” - Harvey Long & Stuart Warner.
